Refund & Exchange Policy

Because every Silent Conquest piece is handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or normal variations in handcrafted designs.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and we will work to make it right.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, bleach patterns, paint effects, distressing, and placement are normal and make each piece unique.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these variations as part of the design.
